The fee for service is due at each session.

$100.00 per 50-minute therapy session in the office, on the phone or on Skype or Google+. Fees for longer sessions are calculated at $25.00 for each additional 15 minutes.
Sliding fee scale available based on financial need.

$100.00 plus travel time for in-home sessions. The fee for travel time is billed in 15 minute increments.

Phone contact, other than brief for information or making appointments, is charged at $25.00 per 15 minutes. Please note that insurance companies do not usually cover phone contact.

Consultations are billed at $150.00 plus travel time.

Except for emergencies, 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of sessions. If 24-hour notice is not given, the charge for the missed session will be $50.00 unless the hour can be filled.

The fee for returned checks is $35.00.

For out of network insurance benefits, PPO or medical flex spending accounts: I will gladly provide a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance company.
